Our first day open was amazing! The people of Williams Lake have been so good to us and you never let us down. We have so many community cheerleaders and suppor...ters and each and every one of you are appreciated. Thank you to everyone who sent flowers and gifts, called or sent us notes. We’re grateful for the kindness and we cried over most of them. Thank you to everyone who popped in, shopped, and visited. The feedback was amazing and we’re so happy we got to send little pieces of our Poppy Home into your homes. I hope we made new fans today and we look forward to serving you for years to come. To the ladies who drove from Boston Bar this morning just to come see the store, you added a little bounce to our step. We hope you had a safe drive home. We would also like to thank our contractor Trevor Pitre, and his trades crews who were all outstanding! His attention to detail and ability to take what we had on a vision board and make it come to life was perfection. Hugs, kisses and a bucket load of thank you’s to Kari Seibert of Alterior Motives Design. If you’re thinking of redoing your home or work space call Kari, she’s GOOD. Our store is gorgeous and Kari is a big part of the reason why. She blended, tweaked, and guided our decision making process allowing our dream to become even bigger and better. She didn’t change our vision, she just added sparkle, pop and a dash of glitter and glam. Cailin Cousins, you’re a one woman dynamo and we’re so happy you chose to work with us. To our crew of hard working friends and family, once again we called on you to dig in and work crazy hours, do insane tasks, love our dogs, keep us fed or open a mountain of stock and boxes and y’all just dig in right beside us and never waiver in your loyalty and dogged determination.
