Today I made the Lemon Buttercream Cupcakes. I'm not a fan of lemon in baking, but I did like the lemon cheesecake bars we had a few years back, so I thought I would try these out first. And guess what? I love them. I've had 3 lol. The cupcakes are moist(I know I know), and have the right amount of lemon taste to them. The buttercream has a more lemony flavor, but it's the perfect combination of icing and cupcake. If I had to rate them, they get a 10 out of 10 from me. The ...hubby likes them too. Kids haven't tried them yet, actually I haven't even told them I made them So, if anyone is interested in trying them, I do have a party happening right now for my sister Marie, so an order will be going to The Pas next week.
