I’ve got to know Karim through our elevator rides in the building we both live in. Karim was always friendly with a smile & we would engage in small but meaningful conversations together. After a number of years of elevator encounters I knew in my heart that Karim would be the perfect realtor for my elderly mother who lived on her own in Kitsilano. I was glad to have Karim as my agent when I was looking to buy a condo, he was referred to me by a colleague who was very happy with his townhome purchase. I was a first-time home-buyer at the time.
