Just another tip to keep your entry way dry , don't throw away those old cookie sheets. Fill up old cookie sheets with nice rocks and use for a boot tray. The rocks let the snow drain from your boots or shoes and no mess on the floor . They look nice too:)

Here's an easy recipe for your own steam cleaner. Mix together in a large pail, 1/2 cup white vinegar, 3 teaspoons if clear dish washing soap (I use organic). Add enough water to equal 4 L. Now just follow steam cleaner instructions. Have fun

Handy way to make your own Air Freshener. Combine in a spray bottle, 1/4 cup vodka, 1/4 cup distilled water and 20 drops of your favorite essential oil (or mix your oils for your own special scent). Spray room mattress and furniture.

Greasy dust is the worst! To get rid of those greasy spots on the range hood or top of the ceiling fan, use regular full strength liquid glycerin. Put it on a soft cloth and wipe away the grime!!! And to finish it off just rinse with vinegar.

Mix 1/2 cup of vinegar, 1/2 cup of organic laundry soap(I use Ecos), and 3 cups of water. This solution works better than anything I have ever tried! Just spray it on, and you don't even need to rinse. It works like a charm on hard water in showers! Happy Cleaning Everyone! :)
