If you had to pick one chore you actually like to do around your house what would it be? For me it’s organizing. I love opening up drawers in my kitchen, bathroom or bedroom, pulling everything out and organizing them. It gives me such satisfaction! Oh, and I oddly enough really like cleaning sinks and toilets too . But I hate sweeping with a passion!!!! You?

Who loves Fridays as much as I do ?? There’s something about the start of the weekend that feels so good. What are your plans this weekend? We came home from vacation a couple days ago so my days have been full of laundry , groceries and organizing; then getting to my many client emails !! This weekend we are doing absolutely NOTHING and I couldn’t be happier!!!

Our family vacation has sadly come to an end. We had such an incredible week spending time on the beach and swimming in the Caribbean Sea!! The kids jet skied and parasailed and spent hours playing beach volleyball . And the parents relaxed, ordered plenty of cocktails and enjoyed the wonderful food we didn’t have to prepare! While I love being away, there’s something so comforting about arriving back home . We picked up our sweet pups last night and they were beyond excited to see us . Now excuse me while I get to our 50 loads of laundry and fill the fridge up with some food!!

I am in full vacation mode this week enjoying some family time in Mexico! Amanda is holding down the fort back home (see previous post) if you need anything. In the mean time, I’ll continue sitting in my lounger drinking margaritas! If you want to see some snapshots of our vacation check out my stories!

It’s been a wonderful family vacation so far!! We are away with another family we met on vacation a few years ago and have travelled with them every year since. The kids all get along so well and the adults laugh all day long so it’s pretty great. The weather has been perfect - hot and sunny with some clouds and some breeze. The people here are so friendly and the food has been incredible . Is it weird that I’m missing home a wee little bit? Is it still frigid in Ontario? Trying to post stories through the day if you want to see more of our vacation.
