Yesterday I took my first freediving course, AIDA I. It’s amazing how much I forgot I love being in the water, and crazy how quickly you can fall in love with it again. It was a great day, and I’m so looking forward to continuing with it, hopefully with AIDA II in a few months. If there are any other free divers out there in the Sea to Sky corridor, let me know! I’d love to hear your experiences and have people to train with.... Oh and thanks to @oceanoid for the great day and for teaching the course!

Salty stormy & happy #wearethewildwomen

You put others down and you laugh You talk about them as if the way that you perceive them... is the right way You go ahead and point out other people’s flaws So as to keep other people’s eyes off of your own Well it is not them I feel bad for It is you For the simple fact that you are so clueless of your own awareness That you must put your own negativity onto the backs of others And now I know your fears

Today I like my thoughts They are nice to me... Accepting encouraging, even And so I write them down to remind myself on the days that they’re not so nice That I am capable of ones like this #wearethewildwomen

And now it’s all such a blur to the point of which you wonder If anything really happened at all... So many emotions felt in such a short period of time So much passion that you truly thought It was the start of new love It’s amazing, really the way it all happens The way we make sense of it while it’s happening And the way we try to make sense of it once it’s over
