I LOVE this quote, this is a great reminder that we cannot control the actions of others and ultimately, we can only control ourselves and how we react to the situations we face in our lives. Unfortunately there will always be people who like to drain the energy of others, and we can't change other people. We can either accept them as they are.... Remove ourselves from their presence. Or realize the truth that WE are in complete control of how we react to other people or situations. It will happen that those around you will have some sort of input towards your wedding day. Whether it's your mother-in-law dictating how your wedding should be, or your MOH having an opinion about every decision you make. And this is completely out of your control. What we can control is YOUR response to the other person. DO NOT let them destroy your . Drop a if you agree!

My clients decided to forgo the first look, and decided to do a FIRST TOUCH and read their vows to each other before their ceremony. BREAKS, this is so important. We all need it. Sometimes we get so busy in life that we forget to take breaks. It allows our minds to reset, then get back into it full force. HEALTH, WEALTH & HAPPINESS I believe that we can have it all. In fact, when it comes to health, wealth and happiness, HEALTH COMES FIRST! Especially when the pandemic hit, I felt my body was deteriorating day by day, eating whatever I felt like, I wasn't working out and was sitting at a desk all day M-F working on my business. To stay at my best, I found @_kaleen through an influencer I followed and she completely changed my life! She not only taught me about the foods that I... should consume, but the negative impacts of the typical foods we eat that triggers a negative mindset. When you get rid of toxic ingredients, you also get rid of the negative impacts and negative mindset that your body will thank you later. She provides you with a nutrition guide (with delicious and easy to make meals) and workouts, she keeps you accountable everyday and educate you on how to choose food that nourishes your body. GAME CHANGER! Now that I'm off the challenge, I still try to keep a balanced diet throughout the week. If you're new here, welcome! It means so much to me that you're following along, and I wanted to re-introduce myself with some FUN FACTS about me! 1) I hate any creepy crawly insects - spiders, centipedes, tarantulas, you name it! 2) I don't have a green thumb at all - any plants I've owned all die. Not sure if it's the air in our condo, maybe there's a difference?... 3) The hobby that I could never give up is snowboarding! I've been snowboarding since I was 18, but it's been awhile since I've been on the slopes due to a busy life and COVID. 4) I used to go to Chinese & Mandarin school when I was younger, up until Grade 12. A lot of people don't know this, but English was my second language. I'm fluent in Cantonese and English, and conversational in Mandarin. 5) On my bucket list, I've always wanted to travel to all 7 continents of the world. So far I've travelled to 5/7 continents - Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America. Can't wait until the travel restrictions are lifted so we can all safely travel again!
