What an honour it was to take apart in the Ice Walk yesterday in Lennox Island. It was an afternoon full or remembrance, reconciliation, stories, ceremony, prayer, music and feasting. Thank you to everyone involved in making this happen. It was really special
So so fun to be out at an event face to face with people!! I am giddywith Hannah Bell, MLA Peter Bevan-Baker and Ole Hammarlund. Thank you for a lovely evening Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce!
I just booked my mom for her COVID vaccine. I feel gratitude and relief posting this. Our senior population have given up so much over the past year. I feel gre...at relief that they will soon have the added protection of the vaccine and there's a light at the end of the tunnel to truly reunite with friends, family and neighbours. I am grateful to all Islanders who kept our seniors safety top of mind throughout the last year. Anyone 75 years of age and over can now go through the very efficient online Skip the Waiting Room booking system. https://www.princeedwardisland.ca/GetTheVaccine #PEI

I would have thought that consultation would have been done considering I was told that the program was ready to roll last September...anyway...better late than never I guess. Please take a moment and have your say. They want to hear from children as well. https://www.princeedwardisland.ca//islanders-asked-share-v
The day got away on me yesterday before I posted for World Autism Awareness Day! There are so many wonderful people in our communities who are living with autis...m or have a loved one living with autism. I love that they have been brought into my life through both my former and current roles. We have had countless conversations on how we can make things better and to better support both those living with autism and their families. I have learned a lot! We have a long way to go but even the longest journey begins with a single step and I believe we are on our way. Sending love and light to all of you special people out there whom we celebrated yesterday...it continues into today and everyday See more

After question period today in the legislature I am not sure if this government thinks that class sizes are not an issue or if they are a priority. I guess time will tell?
The sacrifice of men and women who fought in battle should never be forgotten. When we vote; when we pray; when we protest; and when we freely express our opinion, we are exercising freedoms they fought to defend. #lestweforget #RemembranceDay #WeRemember
