Day 6/100 #100daysproject Self-care is a divine responsibility to maintain one's mental health and strength... For many years, I did nothing to gain mental fortitude My Dad"s passing totally crumbled me. For a year and a half, I cried everyday. I could only meet up with acquaintances so I could hide my sadness. In his death, my Dad gave me one last gift: the message that I have to learn to exercise self-care.... And that set me on the journey to do just that... May you do something just for you today, dear friends.
