We are happy to announce that we will begin our reopening on Thursday (June 18th). Thanks to all of our guests for their patience and understanding in advance as we try to accommodate everyone whilst ensuring the safety of our staff, guests and visitors. Things will be different for at least the next little while and we all be doing our best to comply with health guidelines to keep our clients and staff safe. Please review the new Salon Protocols in the attached images prior... to your visit. Some changes to booking procedures: 1. Service will be by appointment only. We have started contacting clients who had appointments cancelled after March 13th, to re-book. Priority is being given to our senior clients, if they are able to attend. If you had an appointment, we will be in touch! 2. If you wish to book an appointment, please email [email protected], including your name, phone number, desired service, hair length (above/below shoulder) and requested timeframe. 3. To try and keep organized, we prefer emailed requests and may not be as quick responding to appointment requests by facebook, SMS, voicemail, etc. during Stage 2. Give us a call when you arrive for your appointment so we know you are here!
