Update Covid Rules for Montreal Quebec City: What is allowed in an orange zone? Private gatherings: Private indoor or outdoor gatherings are limited to a maximum of six people or two families. Two families of four who each live in the same house are allowed to meet up, for example. In the rest of the province, green and yellow zones, gatherings of 10 people are allowed.... Public gatherings: A maximum of 25 people are allowed in indoor or outdoor rented halls, places of worship, festival events, marriages, workplace or school celebrations, barbecues, picnics, etc. Venues with a liquor permit must follow the same rules as bars. Dancing is prohibited. In the rest of the province, public gatherings of 50 people are allowed. Public venue halls and audiences: A maximum of 250 people are allowed in a concert hall, theatre or cinema etc. They must be seated, relatively immobile, speak little and be under staff supervision. They do not need to wear masks. This rule is the same across the province. Bars, brasseries, taverns and casinos: A maximum of six patrons per table. No alcohol or food sold after 11 p.m. and closing time is midnight. Mandatory customer name and contact list. Bars in the rest of the province stay open until 1 a.m., last call at midnight and are allowed 10 patrons per table. Restaurants: Same as bars, but without required closing time. Inter-regional travel is not recommended unless it is necessary. In other regions, it is authorized. CHSLDs and seniors’ residences: Visits are allowed in long-term care homes for humanitarian reasons and by informal caregivers who provide significant assistance. Further rules to come. In seniors’ residences, a maximum of six people in a rental unit at one time.

Email from Noble Mike. Please keep Noble Edgar Brown and his Lady Barbara in your prayers. Good morning Everyone,... I apologise for the lateness of this message. Edgar Brown is currently at the Lakeshore Hospital undergoing tests. He recently had a procedure at the Royal Vic ( last week ) , and has had some reaction. He was in and out of the Vic a couple of times the same week, the 2nd return they kept him in. He has since been transfered to Lakeshore sure he has been for the past week. They are trying to control his blood pressure, because it gets too low. Hopefully they will solve that and he can go home soon. There are no visitations allowed because of Covid , Barbara is only allowed visit for an hour a day. Please keep Edgar and his Very worried Lady Barbara in your thoughts.. Yours in the Faith, Mike
