Karwood Covid-19 safety policy The Karwood Family takes your health and safety seriously and here is what we are doing about it for viewings..... -If we are showing clients a house no matter who it’s listed with, our clients have to complete our online covid-19 form. No form, no showing. A mask and gloves are required.... -If we are hosting an open house on any property, our online covid-19 screening form has to be completed. No form, no entry. Mask and gloves are required. This applies for clients and outside Realtors that visit our open house. -If an outside Realtor is showing a Karwood Contracting property, office visit, etc., all in attendance are required to complete our covid-19 screening form. No form, no showing, no exceptions. It is Karwood Contracting’s policy that everyone complete a form before entering their properties no matter if they have completed their own or not. -For resale houses that we have listed for sale or lease. *If the house is owner occupied the owners must also complete our covid-19 screening form. No form, no showing. *If we are showing it to our buyer clients they have to complete a covid-19 screening form. No form, no showing. *if an outside Realtor is showing a property we have listed on MLS, the Realtor and their clients will be required to complete a covid-19 screening form and take necessary precautions with their own clients. Non surgical face mask and gloves will be required to be worn whenever meeting with any of our staff. If there is a medical reason why a mask or gloves cannot be worn we will accommodate you.
