Trying to get yourself in a little bit better shape before you join a gym or hire a fitness coach? Waiting until next week or month until things settle down a l...ittle bit before starting your new diet or exercise routine? Having been in the industry for over 30 years I cannot tell you how many times I have come across people with these exact thoughts. You are not alone but I am here to tell you personally and professionally that the whole purpose to hiring a fitness coach is to help you get started in a way that will keep you going so you do not continue to cycle through these patterns. Waiting for the right time to get started is not usually the answer because the right time is the exact moment that you feel you need to do something differently! If you're waiting till you feel like you're capable of changing your nutrition and starting to work out and it's all very overwhelming you are also not alone. We need to ditch this All or Nothing mentality. We need to realizes small changes is always better than nothing and there is a proper progression to get into a place where you desire both and are motivated to achieve both. I said it before and I'll say it again, if you were going to buy a house you would probably reach out to a realtor, right? So if you want to save yourself a lot of potentially wasted time, money, confusion, stress, bad information on Google, then send us a private message or drop us a comment below so we can steer you in the right direction. Don't be that person that cleans their house before their housekeeper comes over. Speak your truth and reach out. Remember Albert Einstein said "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

He's not running through the grass because he wants to lose weight or increase his level of fitness, he was freed up from his carseat, he saw opportunity, and a... moment to create movement. He doesn't know if this will last for 60 seconds or 60 minutes, he just knows every moment matters, he naturally knows his body was designed to be moving cause that's what what feels good. He is running because he can. What he doesn't know is that not everybody can run like him, not everybody is as fortunate as him in that way, so he is actually practicing gratitude without even understanding it. If we could only hang on to the habits and the mindset we were born with, how different would things look?

So you got out of bed ....... thats a win Then you put on your workout cloth Another win... Now you just need to GET MOVING The world is full of alot of different decisions these days but MOVING is not one of them. Wheather you are 2 or 82 your body was designed to be moving and stay moving If you chose movement that is approprate for your fitness level, i promise you will learn to love it. Don't let social media scare you or intimidate you. Excercise intensity is extreamly personal. It does NOT require fancy tight cloth or one arm burpees If nothing else just please sweat everyday. Sweat carries toxins out of the body. If you wont do it for yourself, do it for your organs, do it for your liver, your heart, your kidneys. Do it for your skin If you think you hate excersies, your probably doing it wrong NOBODY EVER SAID " I REALLY REGRET THAT WORKOUT" Stop thinking about it and just DO IT Raise your hand in the comment below if you need some help chosing appropriate movement for you
