Another very successful Family Fitness Night tonight!!! I love running those workshops where kids can show their creativity while learning about healthy choices with their parents. How do you like my take on pizza???... Ironically.... we ran the workshop on a pizza day and my "pizzas" were an absolute hit with both kids and parents. It was my third workshop at Plum Tree Park PS and again had families lining up at the door because they loved my recipes before :) I am not sure if you can call it work of you have so much fun doing it Shout out to our local Superstore for being my quarter back again donating the ingredients. #rcss #loblaws #nutrition #kids #healthyfood
