Started Phase 2 of Control Freak this week. Fitness wasn't always routine for me. It was easy to make excuses to not workout. Then I found my crew, thanks to my friend and coach, Lindsay Ellerson-Commander. She got me into Beachbody and then I decided to become a coach. If I didn't have my group, I am sure I would fall into old habits. Don't under estimate the value of being accountable to someone else. Started week 2 of a new program called Control Freak and I love that Autumn Calabrese talked about her Why? today. Mine keeps me focused and on track. She has a great one that, even though, it is not the why I speak to most often, I definitely agree with it. I have decided to try early access to a new Beachbody program called Control Freak. I will do MM100 until my equipment arrives. I am pretty excited to add the Control Track (installs on any interior door) to the home gym equipment and do something different.
