When I first started practicing yoga, I had a teacher who always shared a quote or poem mid class. It never failed that it always seemed to be something i neede...d to hear in that moment. The words would give me chills and I could feel the vibe ration of them in my body. Two quotes have stuck with me these past 7/8 years since that class, but this one hasn’t left my head recently. Life is to short to live with regrets, so love the ones who treat you right and forget about the ones who don’t. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. No one ever said it would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it. Maybe the words will resonate with you like they continue to with me
