The Great Parry Sound Grand Re-Opening was planned (in those wistful days of March when we all thought we'd be open for good) by some of those wonderful community members! As part of our commitment as a #FeastON certified establishment by the CTA: Culinary Tourism Alliance Chef Wes brought back our Philly C...heesesteak Sandwich this year with a renewed focus on local ingredients and making everything from scratch. As it should be, the steak is the star. Northern Ontario happy cows give us these sirloin tips from Penokean Hills Farms that are marinated overnight and then cooked sous vide for 8 hours until medium-rare. It then heads to the flat-top to finish well-done with Chaos Surfer caramelized onions, peppers, and provolone cheese. Served on a pretzel bun with house-made horseradish aioli and green onion. This one really hurts. Here is what’s happening for Trestle on Saturday: -We will be switching back to curbside pickup for beer & takeout food. For food orders..., give us a call at 705-751-9108. -For beer only orders, you don’t need to order ahead, so just pull up to the pylon outside the front doors and we’ll come out to take your order and bring it to you. If you do want to order ahead for an even easier pick-up experience, you can place your order through our Online Store and select "Store Pick-Up" at checkout. -We will be closed on Sunday-Monday. Open on Tuesday-Saturday from 12pm-7:30pm. -Reservations from Saturday through the end of the month will be cancelled. Please consider getting takeout instead! -Our Online Store is stocked with one of the best selections it’s ever had and we ship across Ontario to your door for a flat rate of $10 (orders over $35).
