Almost the end of Summer?!?!??

A New Studio Neighbour!!! :)

Two of my favourite Yoga Props are Balls of all sizes, and Yoga Straps. I particularly like the Yoga Straps I get from Tune Up Fitness. They have loops at both ends to minimize strain on hands and shoulders from gripping, and are great for arthritic hands. Check out their props, videos, and books.
