Excellent post about the importance of sleep! Sleeping more over the past 2 years has been the biggest change I've made in my health, and as a result I've lost about a dress size and am keeping it off easily. We can't stress our bodies out and deprive ourselves of sleep. I use to exercise way more and eat way less, but none of that worked as well for being healthy and maintaining my weight as much as sleeping more and stressing less has. Good night
