Our dancers performed the last of three burns dinner shows tonight at Century house for a packed audience . They all danced beautifully - thank you dancers !!

Our dancers had fun yesterday dancing in the Scottish heat on the Inverary castle grounds! Proud to say that some of our dancers walked away with medals amongst the tough competition.

Our first set of dancers have arrived safely in Scotland and had their first competition yesterday in Rosneath! Proud to say that all dancers walked away with some medals that day :)

So, who thought the wettest day in 2016 was a good day for a parade? Proud of all the dancers and parents who swam in the Hyack Parade.

KCDS will be holding a doughnut and coffee sale at Save-On-Foods at Market Crossing tomorrow from 11:00am - 4:00pm. Come support our highland dancers in our final stretch before we depart for Scotland!

KCDS will be holding garage sale at 86 Courtney Crescent on Saturday, May 7th from 8AM to 3PM! Hope to see you there too find some great deals while supporting our dancers :)

The KCDS will be holding a clothing drive to raise funds for our upcoming trip to Scotland on Sunday, April 3rd! Donations of gently used clothing, shoes, accessories and household linens would be greatly appreciated. Please no books, toys or housewares. KCDS will be having a bottle drive on January 10th! Please contact us if you would like to leave bottles outside your house between 12 and 5 on the 10th so we can arrange them up, or feel free to drop them off at any time to the Sapperton Return-It Depot at #21 - 79 Braid Street in New Westminster and mention that the proceeds are to go to the KCDS (account #411). Congratulations to all our dancers who sat their exams last week! We hope all our dancers had fun and learned some valuable lessons from their exams, and we are happy to say that all of our dancers have passed their exams. Thank you to everyone who helped make that day possible for our dancers!
