Family Traditions are the glue that holds families together! Don't you think? When I was little, we would always do x on such and such day. I love when people say that! That is the kind of stuff good childhood memories are made of.... Pumpkin carving, camping with the family, movie nights..... What are some of the things you did as a family when you were little? Did you know hugging is a superpower? It's true! Hugs can kill depression, relieve anxiety, improve the skin, and strengthen the immune system. Can you think of any medicine that can do so many things at once?... (We could argue about red wine and breast milk, but let's leave it at that. ;-) It's scientifically proven that we need at least 8 hugs a day to maintain our health and well-being, and at least 12 to boost them! And did you know that petting a dog counts too? (And perhaps hugging trees. I have to investigate some more about that.) Virtual Hugs to you all & stay healthy and safe!
