How’s everyone keeping in these crazy COVID times ?! I miss you so much all! I hope to see you one of these days and in the meantime I hope you’re keeping active. For me , I’m on my Peloton or the APP most days and incorporating stretch, strength and core after each ride. It’s def not the same as working out with you beautiful people but it sure is the next best thing especially during these times of isolation.
