Good morning, everyone! I spent this past weekend taking a boundaries and consent course (safely on Zoom) for health professionals, and I'm glad to say it was very informative. I love learning new and better ways to communicate effectively. I recommend this course to other healthcare professionals, or anyone in an industry where you are hands on with clients.

Accessibility text: I wear my mask in public for three reasons. 1. Humility: I don't know if I have Covid as it is clear that people can spread the disease before they have symptoms. 2. Kindness: I don't know if the person I am near has a child battling cancer, or cares for their elderly mom. While I might be fine, they may not. 3. There are new self-isolation rules for Nova Scotia. Are you entering Nova Scotia from outside of Atlantic Canada? Most people must self-isolate for 14-days. You... may self-isolate alone. You may self-isolate with someone you travelled with. If you must stay with other people, everyone in the household must self-isolate with you. During those 14 days, everyone in the household must stay on the property. Your whole household must avoid contact with other people. You cannot go to work. You cannot go to school. You cannot go to the grocery store. You cannot go for a walk.
