We are bringing these bad boys to the Essa Agriplex this weekend. Buddha bowls are yummy, filling and healty! We start with the typical "a Grain, a Bean, and a Green", add a zesty cashew dressing - give it a shake and away you go! Add some diced chicken, or stick with the veggies. Either way you will not be disapointed!

We are making yummy Buddha bowls today. Grains, greens and beans with a scrumptious tangy cashew sauce. As is for vegan/vegetarian, or we can add diced chicken to the bowl, delicious any way you have them.

A scratch made chicken burger, roasted garlic and balsamic spread, sweet pickled jalapeño cream cheese, pickled red onion and green apple on a toasted ciabatta bun. Get them this weekend at the Essa Agriplex!

Calling all eventers! We will be at Caledon Horse trials on Sunday! Hot and iced coffee’s, fresh lemonade, black bean and corn salad with fresh cilantro, tomato, cucumber and mozzarella salad with balsamic and basil and many other yummy things. Stop by and say hi!
