These little babies are dangerously addictive! The crunch, the herbs, the garlic. I can quite frankly make this a meal on its own. They are the best potatoes that I have ever had, and even my non-vegan boyfriend said that these were his favourite way too. Vegan or not, they are smack down the best.

YumiOrganics has just sent me some samples of their newest flavours for their overnight oats. Ive been working out a lot lately and have been experimenting with different ingredients for a recovery smoothies and thought these might do just the thing. Today, I just tried the blueberry vanilla flavour along with a banana, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 3 Tbsp hemp powder and a cup of almond milk. OMG its it sooooo delicious!
