What a great adventure!!

The Katie Belle is a handcrafted Nova Scotia schooner. She made a grand appearance under full sail in the Grand Passage between Brier Island and Long Island on... September 24th, 2020. The vessel was crafted by Stewiacke cousins Evan and Nick Densmore. They spent five years building the 24-metre wooden ship.

Supper of pasta and ginger root with a touch of olive oil and a beautiful sunset! We are all happy and excited here on the South Shore of NS! Perfect way to start our first evening.

For the first time in 5 years Katie Belle has set sail for PARRSBORO We will bunker down for the storm tomorrow while Teddy makes its way through the Maritimes! We have some amazing experienced crew and have welcomed some first timers! It’s great to be back on the water!!
