Its been a while since i have posted but i have had another whole meaning to busy between hair and doctor appointments.. Matt and I are expecting our first Baby!!! For those of my clients who havent heard the news yet, we are beyond excited and ready for our next adventure together in life That being said alot of my guests have been asking me when my last day will be and when ill be back to work, it will all depend how im feeling but my last day will be June 30th and i will... be back to work once i feel ready again aiming for the new year ;) I am also going to be cutting back my hours i am working 4 days a week now and in my third trimester will be cutting down to 3 days a week (that being said will also depend how i feel) This is just to remind my clients to PLEASE rebook appointments if possible to insure you get in, if i am busy on the day your wanting i can refer you to one of my talented stylist friends and also for when im on mat leave aswell you will be taken care of Thankyou for all the love, support, advice from my amazing clients I appreciate every single one of you!

So let me introduce myself for those who don’t know me, I’m Katie of Katie Erica Artistry, I have been doing hair now for 14 years ! Crazy to think that, I started when I was 16 years old with my lovely sister right here as an apprentice. I’ve always been artistic and knew that was my calling. I moved to Kelowna after taking my hairdressing course in grade 12 and jumped into the industry right away. Over the years I have had the honor of working at high end salons, travellin...g the world for education and learning from the top artists in the industry. Education has always been important to me as it’s always evolving and changing. I had recently had my first child Hudson and finally knew this was what I was meant to be he is the most easy going boy I could have ever dreamt of which allowed me to return to work a little sooner part-time as I was missing being creative in other ways. As a business owner and Davines Ambassador now of 3 1/2 years I am very grateful to have created my own salon in our home and be able to have a balance. I am very lucky to have the clientele I do who have watched me grow over the years and always believing in me.
