Starting a painting with a hand picked and stretched canvas on a hand build frame is magical. Yes, it takes waaaay more work and time but the feeling of painting on something your hands have build is unbeatable. So glad to be here, being creative, being in my element. She is my happy place. #2020 silver lining has to be our time as a family. Without this pandemic we wouldn’t have had as much family time. Or travelled as much, or explored and experienced so many new things. And for that I’m forever grateful. What’s your silver lining ?

My bff sweet kisses on a sunny autumn day, what more can one ask for ? As Aria gets bigger day by day, the realization of how fast they grow up settles in. It feels like yesterday she was just starting to walk. So I’m actively trying to slow down, be more present, put the phone away more frequently, just to bathe in every moment. Who else can relate ?

Least we forget. Today marks 75 years after the end of WWII. Let’s honour the lives of the brave men and woman and also give gratitude to them for providing us with the freedoms we now enjoy.
