Experimented with stuffed mushrooms.... Not sure it was a win. It tastes good, but maybe it needed to cook longer? Lol oh boy!

Used the nonstick wok to make this freaking amazing Chicken with herbed grapefruit sauce. My experiments are paying off!!

As many of you know, my husband lives in upstate NY. Well, he's been here for almost three weeks (goes back tomorrow) so I've been cooking up a storm! We've made beef jerky, pork jerky, sorbet, a Dutch baby, chicken wings, steaks, duck, roast, stir fry, fajitas... Just a tonne of yummy healthy food! I'm getting better!! AND... Alan is so impressed with my new Pampered Chef products that he now endorses the Deluxe Air Fryer 100% lol.

Almost finished hosting my first solo parties! It's been a HUGE learning curve, but I'm excited about the product, so it makes being a consultant easier than I thought. Anyone else want to host a party so I can hone my new consultant skills?!?!
