This helped lower the typical days on market stat down to 51 days - 20 days less than last year! The average sale prices showed marginal change with an increase in home prices : 0.6% and in condo prices :0.4%. ... YTD luxury home sales have declined more than 50% from this time last year. This also helped lower the typical days on market stat down to 42 days - almost 20 days less than last year! The average sale prices showed some encouraging change wit...h an increase in home prices 12.6% and in condo prices 1.4%. YTD luxury home sales have seen a significant increase - 132% from this time last year. (From 53 to 123) With the increase in transactions this month we have finished the month with less than three months of inventory - 30% from last year!
