Good luck to all the candidates in the Yukon territorial election today!! In particular Sandy Silver and Ranj Pillai who I had the opportunity to work with during my time on Cabinet. Both are dedicated leaders and have served the Yukon well. We'll be watching!!

While slightly different than these cases in the Yukon, I support the reclamation of Indigenous place names in the NWT and will be asking the electoral commission to consider renaming the District of Great Slave. After public consultation and constituent feedback, of course
