So, client came in and hurt their tailbone while sledding with her kids. After discussing our treatment goal for today, they say 'Unbreak my butt' Immediately I think of Toni Braxton's unbreak my heart which I tell her, so we end up listening to Toni Braxton during treatment. At some point Unbreak My Heart came on and in my mind I redid the lyrics to unbreak my heart to Unbreak My Butt and here it is..... Quarantine Day 70. It's been well over two months since I have worked. Things I miss: - Clients... - My work family - 5:30am spin classes - A very full (and perfectly timed) daily planner - My home clients’ animals (please tell them I will cuddle them soon) - Feeling like I have a purpose. When I started my career, I never thought I would love it as much as I do. Even after the extra long days, mental exhaustion, body aches, I still feel like I have had a successful day because I am helping others. That’s why I do what I do. Not being able to help others as much as I am used to is difficult for me. With all of this time off, I have been able to spend time on myself. I have been reminded of many random ‘skills‘ I have, and how much I enjoy my social life. Also baking. I’ve been baking a lot. Too much. Way too much. I am overjoyed to receive emails and messages from clients with questions about their pain, or home exercises they could be doing. I am happy to hear that clients miss me and can’t wait for me to return to work. Unfortunately, my schedule will remain closed till further notice due to the Covid-19 health measures and what our Governing College (CMTO) has outlined for us as we are considered Non-Essential. I hope that I am able to update you all with better news soon. Until then, please continue to reach out if needed with questions, recipe ideas or pictures of animals. - End rant

Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor (A). Using both hands, pull up one knee and press it to your chest (B). Tighten your abdominals and press your spine to the floor. Hold for 5 seconds. Return to the starting position (A) and repeat with the opposite leg (C). Return to the starting position and then repeat with both legs at the same time (D). Repeat each stretch two to three times preferably once in the morning and once at night. *Thank you mayoclinic*
