Kat ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Lesser Known and New Services ~Cat Sitting~ $15/30min visit - cat sitting for existing groom clients offers you cat a friendly visitor to clean the litter box, put out fresh food and water, and trim the nails IF I can get close enough. I also make note of anything out of place providing an extra sense of security while you’re away. ~Food Delivery~ $10/drop off if not with grooming appointment - A lot of my clients are vulnerable to COVID-19 for a variety of reasons. This service will become available when I am able to begin grooming again. - I will require pre-payment for your food, and drop it off with a message. - I will have Monday, Wednesday, and Friday set as certain cities for drop off. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ 2020 Pricing is in effect. It doesn’t change prices so much for grooming as it does baths, but it changes how fees are calculated. Like many other groomers, I’m moving to an hourly rate of $45/hr for dogs. Each dog grooming service will be charged for a full hour, and then in 15min increments there after by rounding (under 7 goes down, over 8 goes up). I do not take calls (unless emergency regarding children) during appointments so you will not be charged for admin work. Cat grooming will remain at $80/cat up to 1 hr. Cat nail trims will remain at $15ea. Dog nail trims will remain at $10ea. Travel fee remains at $10/household visit. Example: Small dog bath and tidy usually takes 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours depending on the amount of tangles. Service fee would be $45-63 before $10 travel fee where applicable. Online booking has resumed, but I will be making sure appointments make sense geographically as well so I’m not driving from Windsor to Kingsville to Lasalle for example. Those days were crazy and the added travel added stress to make sure I was on time for your appointments. Regular hours are: Monday 9:30-4 Wednesday 9:30-4 Friday 9:30-6 We are closed: December 24, 25, 26, 31, January 1

With Toronto area going into lockdown, I wanted to let you know my plans should we face this again in our area. During first wave, I stopped services when we were told to isolate. As a housecall groomer providing in YOUR home services, I was closed until two things happened. 1. The government released press that groomers could return to work. 2. The government released press that housekeepers and butlers could return to work.... As I work in YOUR home, it is important that we continue to follow the sanitization rules I put in place, and also the provincial social distancing and masking regulations. I continue to change my uniform between EVERY client home. I continue to sanitize my tools between every home, leave hair garbage at location, and use client towels to minimize transfer. I continue to wear my mask when we rebook, or for cat grooming, and if you are holding the cat, you must also wear a mask. For full details on safety practices, refer to pinned post. It is my hope that we will not face lockdown in Windosr-Essex, at the very least not until Christmas season has passed. Be safe, be smart, and see you soon. ~Kat
