YAAAAS! . Downtown Toronto Loft Principle Bedroom | Home Office Virtual Makeover! . I had the best time consulting @luciadaven, a firecracker of a woman!... . She reached out to me, letting me know she was starting a new job, and needed a change from her current cluttered little office space/bedroom. . Oh girl, let me at it! . This is a very cool downtown apartment in Toronto, with two working professionals- this space MUST be multifunctional. . I shared with Lucia how we can create functional space, but also an INSPIRED space. . She needed a space that encouraged her creative thinking and allowed feminine energy to flow. . The space also needed to be a rejuvenation zone for weekend movie nights with a projector on the bare wall opposite the bed (add ) . And not to mention, the space needed to LOOK professional for all the zoom calls! . So, a king bed was replaced with a queen platform bed (bonus: smaller bed = more lovin), a full length ‘floating’ credenza was added. This serves as her workspace, but also a gorgeous space for flowers, beautiful books and of course popcorn and wine! . Floating shelves were added for organization, and the most important element... new, lighter paint! Can you guess which one she chose? . Her fantastic gallery wall adds texture, personality, and allows her to ‘escape’ when she needs a breather. . The chandelier is outfitted with a dimmer, for a low key, chill evening look. .
