Are you taking time to relax? So many people when trying to lose weight they start exercising 7 days a week. That’s 7 days of making your body work. And 0 days to let it rest.... I’ll be honest with y’all. If you’re doing this you aren’t doing yourself a favour. You might lose extra weight in the short term, but in the long run you’re body is going to burn out. No rest means your workouts will become lower quality. It means your body can’t recover. It means you’re probably going to stop working out and potentially have the reverse effects you wanted.
