Low Carb Sausage, Egg & Cheese McMuffins ;). Been a long while since I actively ate low carb! Been bad but now I’m back ! Pulled out my @hamiltonbeach breakfast sandwich maker that’s been stored away for so long. Wondering why I didn’t think of this before. 3-4 minutes to filling brekkie! So quick, mess free, yum! Just sub the bread for almond bread or a low carb sub and you be golden!... My mug almond bread slices weren’t as big as an English muffin but it still worked- oh and I pre cooked the sausage, you don’t have to do that for deli meats and veggies! #lowcarbbreakfast #lowcarbbreakfastsandwich #keto #lowcarb

#PhoolMakhana or #lotusseeds or #foxnuts. This is my makeshift super delish #keto or #lowcarb popcorn substitute! . melt some butter in a pan. Add garlic powder to it. (optional) I added @franksredhot buffalo ranch seasoning to the mix.... Add phool makhana to it and toss in butter and let them get crispy. Add salt if required. . I’ve been reading these names listed above aren’t the same but packaging and research says otherwise! Not sure but it does come under weight loss and diabetic and keto friendly! So im going to trust the carb count I found which was 3.1 g per cup! . See more

Spicy Zagetti Bolognese & Parmagiano Reggiano -in under 10 Mins - from leftovers! . Watching the latest #topchef episode centred around Parma and parmigiano reggiano had me drooling and craving! So I went for it! . For my 5 minute Bolognese- I took my spicy Keto Keema (indian mince meat curry) that I made for the week. I heated it in a pan with olive oil, added 3 Tsps of Canned Tomato Sauce and let it simmer and combine! ... . Topped my #zagetti with the sauce and a generous fresh grating of the parmigiano reggiano! . Totally took me like 2 minutes to spiralize the zucchini, 2 minutes to microwave cook them, Less than 5 minutes to cook the sauce and about 20 Seconds to cheese it and voila! Keto Fried Cauliflower! Recipe by cookclickndevour.com with keto adjustments. . Blanch your florets in hot salted water for about 10 mins. Drain & pat dry. Mix the cauliflower with 1 tsp of chilli powder & garam masala each, 1/2 tap of chaat masala and salt.... Add 2 tblsp of almond flour and toss it. Mix with 2 tblsps of yogurt, Deep fry in hot oil of choice until it’s nice and crispy! Day 4- Chocolate -walnut- Peanut Butter truffles? Brownie bites? fudge balls? I dunno! . These are inspired by @thejoeduff and his brownie bites! I used what I had so I used almond flour and peanut butter instead of coconut flour and sunflower butter. And I love pecans and chocolate so I topped them with one! . Suffices to say I’m not making it through this diet without some chocolate. So this had to be made! And it definitely hit the spot! Back after hella long, trying to settle down took its toll on the eating habits! And also sometimes you just wanna live a little! So I’m so not sorry! But trying to get back on track to feeling better physically so here is me trying to prep self for restarting low carb living. . Carry your own Erythritol monkfruit sweetener (@bulkbarnfoods) wherever you can cause Stevia is all you’ll find anywhere and imho it ruins things! And if you have a wonderful breakfast program at work... you can also whip up a quick chia pudding with berries and you good for the morning! (RECIPE: 2tsps of cocoa+2 tsps of sweetener dissolved with hot water- add coconut milk or nut milk of choice- add chia seeds- stir, let sit for about 15-20, add berries, VOILA) . Hide some @smartsweets in your desk for thwarting those Halloween candy cravings! If sandwich thins are just the right amount of bread for you and a nice wholesome seedy grainy bread is your jam! You’ll love this cross between a crusty bread roll and sandwich thin. . Just take @sweetashoney.co sweetashoney.co s keto bread recipe. . Make balls and shape and flatten without completely flattening down the tops, a little bulge on the top helps. Brush with water. Load em with seeds of choice. Bake em at 400F for 20 mins. . Voila you’ve got yourself crusty sandwich thins! The perfect thickness and crunchiness! IMHO. . The recipe got me a mini loaf and 7 Thin Buns. Sunday’s meal was a Quick No Cook Tuna thang. . 1 can of tuna. 3 -4 tsps of mayo. 1/4 tsp garlic powder.... 1/4 tsp onion powder. . Fresh lemon thyme. Fresh Baby green onion. (Or whatever herbs you want). . Sprinkle of Sea Salt or to taste. . (Feel free to add some celery . I just didn’t have any) . Drain tuna. Add ingredients.
