Well it's almost the first long weekend of the season and we've been busy prepping today - including a batch of house made sausages. You can enjoy them on a fr...esh baked Kawartha Wholesale Bakery Bun (don't forget to add some "fair blend" ) or as part of the popular BBQ Sampler Platter. The truck will be open from 11 am till 7 pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Hope to see you!

A total clean, paint and new floor is what we are currently doing at the bakery. At this time we are closed and are wishing safety and many thanks to everyone for all your support. We cant wait to get to get back open and will be letting you know as soon as possible.

We are asking our customers to stock up as we will be closing for possibly a few weeks. I expect this to happen by the weeks end. Our product freezes well. Regrettably of course but ours and your health and the sake of the spread of the pandemic are of utmost importance right now.
