Due to the Provincial Lockdown Kawartha Combat will unfortunately be unable to run our indoor group programs for the upcoming weeks. I apologize for the inconvenience to everyone, and all memberships will be paused and on hold during this time. For our Youth Muay Thai students I have put together a home Workout Program which offers 4 Workouts per week that will be able to be completed in 45 mins or less! For each student that follows and completes the program I will have a FREE pair of Boxing gloves when they return to Youth Muay Thai! Parents please reach out to me to get your Childs copy of the exercise program! Please reach out if anyone needs some advice on how to stay fit and active during this time and I look forward to reconnecting with our team back on the mats very soon!
