Due to lack of registrations, the association is struggling to fill REP teams at every age group. We will be offering conditional releases to any player that w...ould like the opportunity to tryout at another center. If we can recruit more players we will make every attempt to floor a competitive rep team at any of the age groups. This decision does NOT affect our house league program. Kawartha Lakes Lacrosse Association Registration Open January 2020 A $25 Rep Tryout Fee must be paid at the first tryout & All Players Must Be Registered Prior ...to Trying Out COACHES Tyke TBD Novice TBD Peewee TBD Bantam TBD Midget TBD General Information Registration is NOW OPEN. Games are typically played at the Lindsay rec center in front of a packed house (only a small exageration here). Rep teams play in a loop that includes Whitby, Clarington, Peterborough, Uxbridge, West Durham, Northumberland, Toronto Stars, Oshawa. All these teams are part of the zone 6 league www.zone6ontariolacrosse.com. Provincial standings, including teams from all zones can be found on www.mylaxrankings.com. Teams typically go to one or two tournaments, plus participation in the OLA Provincial Festival. This is a tournament style playoff with the winner being the Provincial Champion. There are several divisions, from A, to F. KLMLA typically plays in the C division, but this is fluid from year to year / team to team. We have had some great successes over the last few years.
