Naskapi Heavy Machinery is happy to announce that it will be working on crushing operations at the Gagnon pit and the Tata site in the Schefferville region in collaboration with Michel Miller Inc. First Nations Logistics. We are looking for motivated Naskapis to join our team for the upcoming season!

A sense of relief! First batch of the Covid-19 vaccines arrived yesterday January 19th for the Kawawachikamach community! January 20th, the first vaccines administered to the Chief of the Naskapi Nation, the Director of the CLSC, the Police Director and Mary Guanish who works with the elders of the community. The vaccination rollout will be in the following order: 1. Essential medical, CLSC staff, police, firefighters, teachers, etc.... 2. Elderly; 3. Chronically sick; 4.
