Somebody to Love

Not my best song, but I loved playing out on the canoe.

I made this video the same day I went out on the Canoe with my Dad, unfortunately someone really sweet passed away on Canada day this year, so I wanted to play this song for her.

This song is just so much fun to play and also beautiful.

For me this song is a reminder of what it felt like before graduating, before you really start to become who you are going to be. This song also remind me to never forget where you come from, and to never loose your spark.

This is my video from this year’s recital. I haven’t had voice lessons in a few years so it’s been nice, and confidence boosting trying to get back into it. Please share if you enjoy!

This has always been a song close to my heart, and now with #blacklivesmatter trending, and racism is and has been an issue we need to deal with. This is the song that taught me it has nothing to do with what you look like or what you have, we are all just part of the circle of life.
