Here are the at-home workouts for this week! Again they are optional of course and you’re welcome to modify to whatever works for you or just stay on one variation for the week. Totally up to you! Here’s the warmup (this is the warmup for the whole week):... Side note: you’re welcome to do your own warm up if you prefer if you have one that you like 10 minute EMOM (Every minute you do the next consecutive exercise from the list below and you get the remainder of each minute to rest before you start the next movement at the start of the next minute) 45 jumping jacks 20 push ups 20 switch lunges 50 punches 15 burpees (You will make it through this set twice after the 10 minutes) Here are the workouts for this week: I really like the idea of you guys trying to beat your times every time you do the workout because it makes for some competition with yourself and I always find it super motivating. So, I did this a few weeks ago and I’m going to do it again this week: I’m going to give you a workout and you can try to do it 3 times (same a usual) and see if you can beat your time each time!! Workout 10 push ups 10 burpees (with or without pushups) 10 weighted squats (whatever weight you have or none if you don't/ don't have weights) 10 push ups 10 burpees 10 weighted squats 1 min plank 10 push ups 10 burpees 10 weighted squats 1 min plank 10 push ups 10 burpees 10 weighted squats I threw so planks in there just for fun in-keeping with Adrianna's theme this week so your time will be made by your speed with the three sets of 10! Btw, you can do the plank any way that works for you) Okay, that’s it for this week, let me know on here if you have any questions about any movements and if you want post your score too! We continued our defensive skills yesterday in our Adult Class! Multiple blocks with punches and even some pivots! Later we worked on some boxing footwork to wrap the class! Great job everyone!!

Meet the Instructors! This week we meet Sensei Kya! Tons of energy and such an incredible work ethic! Sensei Kya will amaze you with her martial arts but also with her strength and speed! Oh! She’s an amazing instructor too! No matter the age of the student Sensei Kya knows how to relate and help them reach thier potential! We are fortunate to have such a talented instructor on our incredible team! Fun fact! Sensei Kya loves to CrossFit with her family too! That explains why she’s so strong!
