Do you know who your target market is? When is the last time that you stopped and tried to break down who your target market is? It is important to know who you are targeting in order to ensure the messaging aligns with their priorities / values / buying habits etc.... One message won't target everyone, so be intentional about messaging to each target market but don't dilute your messaging. Be specific. Be intentional. Be genuine.

How many hours do you sit in front of your computer or on your phone? I try to limit my computer time to less then 10 hours / day. It is not easy somedays but I notice it if I spend too many hours online. Do you have a time limit you set per day? What works best for you?
