Tight hips? No problem! Throw this into your warm up routine and get those hips opened up, you’ll feel a nice stretch and over time you’ll notice a smoother transition in the movements. In the video I kept it short but I like to do each move 4 times (2 each leg) then go into the next. I’ll do 2-3 full sets depending how my body is feeling

Want to get better at pull ups? Here’s what I’m doing.. a) using a band for assistance, using smaller ones as I get better.. b) coming down slower from the top of the rep.. c) actually practicing them everyday! Give it a try and let me know how it goes!
