Wanna know the secret to productiveness? Relax! No seriously, relax. Take time out of your day to sit still for 10 minutes without your phone and distractions. I’m one of those people that builds up a huge to do list and then stresses out when I can’t get it done. In 2021, I’m setting aside time each day to sit and do some meditation for 10-15 minutes. This allows me to reset and focus on what needs to get done. ... As a new year comes around, people always say new year,new me, what if it was new year, happier me? Resolutions or practices are things that are attempted to help us for the better, it’s not going to make us a totally new person. There are a lot of people that reach for the nebula when it comes to wanting to make changes and they expect it to happen ASAP. Instead of reaching for the stars, reach for your running shoes for a 30 minute walk or that new book you have be...en meaning to read. You don’t have to make huge changes to your life to make yourself better or happier. Some of mine this year are as follows: 30 minutes of exercise of some kind each day Take time for myself 3 times a week And to be less hard on myself Share one of yours if you would like! See more

Be around people that are good for your soul. Little bit of a throwback Thursday here, these lovely ladies played with me on my volleyball team in college and were willing to endure a bit of a chilly day to have a friends shoot! The photos turned out awesome and nobody got frost bite. It was a win win day!

One of my favourite things about winter is waking up to big fluffy snowflakes drifting by the windows. Makes me feel like a kid again! Comment a if you also enjoy those big snowflakes!
