For those clients patiently waiting, my January schedule is up and available for Online Booking. Good morning friends! For those of you looking at my Online Booking calendar and getting the notification that the service is currently unavailable, there isn't a glitch in my system. At present, I'm fully booked until Christmas! I'm working on my holiday schedule, and hoping to get January open soon - if you aren't already scheduled for November/December and are hoping to get in, please contact me to get on the cancellation list. Thank you all for your patience as Dr Megan and I adjust to the new procedures here in the office! We've got a good routine going, so the door will more than likely be open as you arrive for your appointments. For those of you patiently waiting for my September schedule to be open for booking, I'm working on getting it set - I have a couple other schedules in my world to accommodate so the first week in September will potentially look a bit different; with luck, things will settle in nicely in the fall for us all! Also, my online service provider has been re-branded from SOAPVault to Noterro. I've been told that everything should transfer over for online booking with clients being redirected to the new site as they log in. If there are any issues for anyone, please don't hesitate to let me know!

It's a beautiful day, friends! I'm beyond happy to be back in the office as planned tomorrow With the changing environment surrounding COVID-19 and the Saskatchewan Reopen Plan, there are a few new policies in place to ensure the health and safety of anyone entering the office. - If you are feeling unwell in any way, please reschedule for a later date! - All clients will be asked screening questions and required to sign a waiver prior to appointments to ensure the health an...d safety of myself, my clients and our families. - The door will be locked between and during appointments. This will give me time to keep up with all cleaning and sanitizing procedures set in place. - Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If the door is still locked when you arrive your patience is much appreciated. I will meet you at the door prior to your appointment to let you in - Please come alone to your appointment to limit the number of people in the clinic at one time. - Cash or cheque will still be accepted, with preference being e-transfer for payment. - For your health and safety, I will be wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment. Hand sanitizer will be available in the office for your use as well. Thank you all for your support in helping to make this transition back to the office run smoothly for everyone involved. With the Government of Saskatchewan releasing the Re-open Saskatchewan Plan today, I have a tentative Back in the Office date to work with! Registered Massage Therapists are listed among the Personal Care Services in Phase Two of the plan, with a re-open date of May 19th. I feel that it is safe to say that this will be the absolute earliest that I’ll be back in the office; therefore, all scheduled appointments from April 28th through May 15th will be considered cancelled. ...Again, I will be going through my calendar to ensure that the appointment reminder notifications during this time have been disabled to avoid any confusion. If our province continues to do well to mitigate the spread and the risk to our people and all goes to plan, I’m sincerely looking forward to offering a full appointment schedule once again! I would definitely encourage everyone to take a look online for openings after May 19th. The closure of my clinic is now under mandate of the Saskatchewan Health Authority and measures put into place by the Government of Saskatchewan, and I will absolutely comply for as long as necessary. Unfortunately, that also means that I don’t have a clear answer as to when I’ll be back in the office. All appointments scheduled the week of April 7 - April 10 are cancelled. I will be proceeding week by week notifying clients of the status of their appointments. My online book...ing calendar will remain open showing all future availability; this is unknown territory so in the event your appointment is cancelled I would recommend booking another down the road if you can. Finally, I truly wish I was there to provide the service I love, and I’m eager and anxious to get back to it the moment I’m able to! Well friends, it's been about 142 hours since I locked up the office . . . safe to say I miss it ridiculously! It's a bit difficult to realize the best way I can help right now is to not be there . Instead, I'll try to randomly send some tidbits out for everyone (in between dance parties, Star Wars reading marathons, and "snow painting", of course ) Top Three things that have helped me through the week:... 1) Stretches - really, I have no excuse anymore to not hit the yoga mat and stretch to my hearts content . . . hip flexors, low back, shoulders, you name it! I've designated time every night for "Netflix and Stretch" 2) Limiting my time online - everything is overwhelming . . . the stats, the stories, the "rat in a maze" EI process, ugh! I'm doing my best to find the info I need without getting bogged down by the rest. . . 3) Water - I don't know about you guys, but extended time at home sure leads to extended time snooping the cupboards for just a lil something to nibble on - I've been reminding myself to reach for the water bottle before the bag of chocolate chips I do hope everyone is managing in the best ways you can . . . My heart is heavy, friends. . . I've been paying close attention and the changes are coming fast and furious for us. A recent communication from my massage therapy association has strongly advised all members to consider a temporary closure. Therefore, I will be temporarily closing from March 20th through April 6th. Since my service is not one that can be provided remotely or ensure the 2 meters of distance as requested by the Saskatchewan Health Authority, I feel the need t...o join the effort to flatten the curve. Your health is of my utmost concern, as is the health and safety of myself, my son and our loved ones. It is my sincere hope to resume my regular schedule starting April 7th. For all appointments booked April 7th and on, I will be contacting you all personally with regards to your appointments as the situation unfolds. I will absolutely still be responding to any text messages and emails, but since I will be home with my son it will be at designated times during our days together. Take care of each other! Katrina

Good Morning, Facebook Friends! Life and circumstance have dictated a slight change in my schedule. Starting in September, I'll be working a straight Tuesday - Friday work week, with extended hours every Thursday and some wiggle room for later afternoon appointments on the occasional Friday.
