When I launched my Hanak Stew (Traditional Nigerian stew blend), the ideal customer target was the busy mom who worked and needed qui...ck and easy meals to make for dinners while staying true to healthy Nigerian cuisine. No more defrosting frozen stew or spending weekends cooking lots to store. They all got excited and gave us the much needed boost in sales. Thank you. Today, we are excited to expand this customer base by deliberately showcasing different ways to use the stew for all things Nigerian cuisine so more can enjoy and experience our healthy sugar free, gluten free, dairy free and vegan and halal options.
