We just had a visit from an Ontario Workplace Health and Safety Inspector to review our facility and procedures, and I'm happy to say he was able to verify that we are doing it right.
Even before COVID-19, Kcal Fitness operated by appointment only and was setup for members to workout without having to share equipment and space. That places us in an ideal position to offer safe and effective programming now that we've reopened. Check out our website for more information.
