Well heres a pose of two hands, a young couple in love, mounted on a piece of wood. A big learning curve in this one.

Holy casting!!! This is patience and learning beyond. Work in progress of the "Lustbunnies Hand Holding" casting. Learning curve on what not to do in the future goes way up but still quite salvageable. Carving, dremeling, patching.......are part of the process I guess. The material is not unlike Drywall compound and in this case the inner core of the cast takes time to completely dry. Working while the material is still damp allows for the "carving" out of material. Shaping and sanding will come later when it is completely dry. If nothing else I am at peace when casting. Happiness! No wonder art costs so much (or at least when I die and its good enough!)
