An amazing story tonight at Miklas-McCarney field. Here is a message we received from Andrea Ross about it: A huge thank you to Laurie’s teammates from the Jakk... Tuesday’s team and their opponents from Tony’s Pizza who tonight demonstrated undeniable sportsmanship in allowing Laurie to participate in the last few plays of the game and score the final touchdown! A classy act by both teams and a moment that will not be soon forgot! A great way to end a 36 year career in the KDTFL. A special bonus as his brother was at the game tonight from New Brunswick and was able to witness this kind gesture! The playoffs start tonight. A semis are tonight at Miklas-McCarney with the first game at 6:30 and the second game at 7:45. Tomorrow night is the B Semis, same location, but first game is 7pm, second is 8:30. C'mon out and cheer on your team, or just come and watch!
